Eflow

I think people have pretty well touched on the distilled water. I've also heard the same thing about Control III NOT working for CF. I just want to add that I put my metal heads in the steam sterilizer, and I think that helps keep it from getting clogged. I use pulmozyme and HTS in my Trio and haven't noticed any difference in the delivery speed.

I also really really LOVE the sterilization system for the Altera/ Trio. It was a godsend for me in my college dorm room b/c I didn't need access to a stove to boil water and really kept me much more compliant in cleaning. I just put all my nebs in the Avent before bed, take them out so they dry at night and by morning I can use them for the next day.

I also talked to someone at Pari about traveling with the Trio and Altera. They said you CAN use 70% isopropyl alcohol to clean the whole handset if you change the alcohol every time. I've had the device for 5 years and travelled extensively to remote places w/o electricity, and everywhere you go in the world, you can buy isopropyl alcohol. So I actually think it's pretty easy to travel with. Feel free to PM me if you have questions about travelling with the eflow devices.
