When I was dx with CF at age 20, I was told I was pancreatic sufficient. I've had some pretty bad issues with constipation, but that's pretty much the extent of my GI issues.
I have lost about 10 lbs recently (still not underweight or anything), but I'm 99% sure it's due to working out 2 hours a day (basically twice what I was previously doing). Also, I keep getting nauseous randomly...which makes me not want to eat at all.
Is nausea a sign that you might need to start enzymes? Or how do you know?
