You should always change the amount of enzyms depending on what you eat. If something contains lots of fat, you need more enzyms for it.
I do for example take 2-3 Kreon 10000 for one cheeseburger at McDonalds, 3 Kreon 25000 for a asian meal with coconut sauce and chicken and even more if its duck instead of chicken.
