That's a rough problem, and there are plenty of ideas to help yourself remember!
Are you having trouble remembering to take them during the meal? Or simply forgetting them altogether?

If you're having trouble about taking them with your meal, and an hour later you go "OH CRAP! I FORGOT!" try taking the enzymes out when you sit down to eat, set them on the table before you start eating so that you CAN'T miss them! If you're at school and don't want people to know you have CF that's a little harder.
Keep a bottle where you usually keep your food. If you take a lunch box to school, keep enzymes in a place where you HAVE to see them when you open your lunch! Or if you always make a sandwich for lunch, stick a bottle by the bread in your pantry at home so you don't forget- that kind of thing.

Also, if you usually eat at the same times each day (which, if you don't, consider trying to eat at the same time each day as it helps create a routine which makes it easier to remember enzymes), most cell phones have an alarm clock feature, try setting an alarm for the times you eat, so you know when your alarm goes off, it means "ENZYME TIME!"

Do you have something to drink when you eat? I always get my meds when I get my drink & take them immediately before starting to eat!

The only times I dont take them is if I dont have them for some reason.....which is rare!

I have enzymes everywhere - a box in the sitting room, bedroom, on the kitchen table, in my car, my husbands car, may parents house, on my desk at work...anywhere I might eat!
when eating out i usually put them on the table in front of me, amazingly people never seem to ask me about them!
