Epic Systems iPhone/iPad/iOS Device App - Must have for CF'ers

Kristen - I'm not too sure about using it on an actual Macbook. I know that you can run iPhone/iPad apps on the Macbooks but I'm not familiar with the process enough to be of any help. Maybe someone to own a Mac will step in and shed some light.

what is the app called? epic or mychart?

also on the yale hospital website it says you need an activation code form a letter to sign up

VERY useful post, thanks!! I know our hospital uses the epic/mychart system, I have a username and password for the web application, I'll see if it works on the app.

<br>Thanks. I found it through iTunes and it doesn't look like I can run it on my Mac, but I think I can on my ipod touch, so I'm going to give it a try. Thanks for the tip!

<br>Thanks. I found it through iTunes and it doesn't look like I can run it on my Mac, but I think I can on my ipod touch, so I'm going to give it a try. Thanks for the tip!

Next time I go to clinic, I need to find out if Baystate has the system in place. I have no idea how to get to it on their website.

I actually just received a paper in the mail a few weeks ago from my hospital explaining how I could sign up for mychart. At first I was like, "what the heck is this?" Now, I have a better understanding. I have an iphone 4 and ipad2 so I can definitely use this app! I see my clinic next week. I'll be sure to mention it!

Such amazing technology these days. Everything is so improved, it's Kinda weird & somewhat hard to get use to lol This is great <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> Thanks!
