Ok I noticed that hemoptysis and erections and adek are all interrelated at least in my case. As I develop hemoptysis I stop my adek vitamins bcz they aggrevate it or cause it dont know, but then my erections suffer and get weak. I go back on adek and regain my sexual powers , but then have to be real afraid of hemoptysis which creeps in by streaks in sputum... so does ADEK help maintain healthy erections? Can anyone provide me with a scientific or even same experience?

I'm not going to pretend that I know alot about erections!! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> But I did take a physiology course way back in university and I somehow seem to remember something about zinc being an important part of the general male health down there. I might be getting mixed up with sperm production.... I believe ADEK's contain a fair amount of zinc. It seems weird that you have bleeding episodes when you're on ADEK, because of the vitamin K. You'd think it would be the opposite; lack of vitamin K would make you bleed more. But I'm no expert!! Hope someone else can be more helpful.

I have no idea either, obviously, but just wanted to add that Allan used to swear that he'd have more frequent bouts of hemoptysis whenever he took vitamin K, but his doctors were really skeptical of that (since, like alegris pointed out, it should be the opposite). But, it did really seem to correlate that when they put him back on a vitamin K he started having episodes, and they were greatly reduced when he stopped again. *shrug*
