ever have OUTPATIENT 24 urine collection?

hey
they just ordered this for me and i guess i'll see tomorrow what the deal is.
i've had it done in the hosp, but never at home.
home health care said they will not do this. i find that weird.
so i have to go to quest-i hope they'll give me the specimen collection pieces-no one seems to know 'what to do'.

if you've had this, did home health take care of it? i can't believe they won't do it. they do all my bloods. what gives? now i have to go to the lab, and this whole thing will be delayed a few days bc of it.

I have done several of these. The lab has the collection container. It is really easy. You keep the container in the fridge. You get up and pee first thing in the morning and then you collect all you urine including the first one the next morning, bring it to the lab and turn it in.
