Im a 25 year old female last check up was 65% but started hypertonic saline two months ago, and hopefully that will make them rise some, plus if my doc lets me use the oregano oil, then hopefully that will make them rise even more, I would like to see 90% come out of all this when I get it all started.

30 year old female 55%, 2 weeks ago. When I was in my mid 20's they were 75% and in my teen 80-90%. Fortunately, I still have the ability to bring up my FEV1s. Last may they were 38% and I brought them up to 63%. I am working on bringing mine up. I have been walking/running 3-4 times a week. Along with my vest 2 times a day.

Last time I was at my CF center (Dec. '05) my FEV1 was 114%, which is pretty normal for me. (lowest was 98% when I had pneumonia a few years ago)

I'm 21 - diagnosed at 20 - perhaps "mild" but i don't really know how all that's classified and what not, but my lungs are in good shape at least, which I'm thankful for. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

My last hospital stay I was 54% but my last visit I was 44%. Just 3-4 years ago I was around 75. I got down to 18 nearly two years ago so i feel fortunate to have brought them up this much and 54% was the best I have seen since I had my baby. My docs are hoping for the 60s. I would be very pleased if that were the case.
