I know this probably won't help much, but in my case, it is just when it will fit into my schedule/life . I usually do my Xopenex, HS and advair before, and vest and Pulmozyme after, because I do the others on the way to the pool in the morning... I do need to do at least my Xopenex beforehand, to get some air into my lungs so I have a good workout.

I always do a jog or walk after my treatment only b/c I can breath better and do more then.

A trick I've done recently is I do albuterol in my car on the way to my jog place, then when I get home I do the whole treatment. I personally need albuterol first so I can actually exercise. Sometimes doing the whole treatment will take too long before exercising so I just a little in the car beforehand.

Hope that helps.

Here is my daily schedule as far as exercise and treament:

MORNING-- Albuterol, Pulmozyme, Vest

AFTERNOON-- After classes, I go to the gym and do 30-45 min of cardio on various machines. Then, I come directly home and do my Vest for another 30 min. I find that it helps to do my Vest after I have loosened up the junk in there by running.

NIGHT-- Albuterol, Hypertonic saline, Pulmozyme, Vest

Quite detailed I know, but I figured a little extra info wouldn't hurt. Take care.
