Hello again everyone,
Thank you for the encouragement from everyone, I really appreciate it!
I am continuing to exercise and I got on my treadmill today and walked/jogged a mile. The jogging part is amazing for me. I used to go about 10 seconds and get out of breath. I was panting & sweating when I was done with my mile but it felt good.
I enjoy doing what I can to stay as healthy as possible.
It's hard for me to walk outside because we live in a very rural area and have no side walks. I don't feel comfortable walking on the road (crazy drivers, dogs, etc). So I'm thankful I have a treadmill and can stay in doors (especially since its so cold, I live in Ohio, it was probably about 15 degrees today!)

I hear ya kelli, I can't exercise outside either. Somedays when the weather is nice its fine, but there are too many bad weather days, not to mention allergy season.
