Hi,
I was just wondering what all you pregnant women do for exercise. I normally play organized sports (soccer and softball) pretty much year-round. I had to slow down a bit last year due to us having an infant. I got a babysitter most of the time so that I could still play in my games.
Now that I'm pregnant, I am not able to play soccer or softball because they are both too strenuous and I'm too tired to even think about going out to exercise right now. I like to walk with my son in the stroller, but since it's winter that won't be happening for a few more months.
Any ideas on what I can do for light exercise while I'm pregnant? It's also more complicated because I have a little one at home. Because of my spouse's and my work schedule, we are only home together for a few hours per week, making it impossible for me to exercise without having my son with me.
Maybe I'm just in a winter rut right now. But I just want to make sure I stay healthy and keep my lungs as clear as possible during pregnancy.
Thanks!
