Do you check your blood sugar regularly or when you feel real tired? If your blood sugar is out of wack it can make you tired for sure. I know if mine get's really high or real low I just want to lay there and not move. Could be you need and adjustment to whatever kind of insulin they have you on, or could just be from CF in general. Especially with pfts around 40% your body just works harder in general and that can make you tired. I usually end up napping during the day and that makes me feel better.

I have CFRD as well, how are your sugars going? Sometimes when your sugar is off it can make you more tired. I was feeling a little more tired than usual and couldn't get my sugar under control until they changed my basal rate. It has definately helped.

If that isn't an issue, I totally understand where you're coming from regardless. I think that we all tend to underestimate how much stress we experience because we know what needs to be done and can't just stop because we're tired, you know? We're all like energizer bunnies! lol

To try and decrease feeling so tired I go to therapy each week, I go to the gym for that burst of endorphins, and I make sure to make time to go out with friends on the weekends. These things help with me not feeling so tired and rundown because they definately decrease my stress level. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
