I am amazed at how much some people squeeze in! So now I am curious:

1) What is your treatment regimen (how long does it take)? (eg Nebulized Meds, Chest PT, and exercise)

2) How many hours of sleep do you usually get?

1) I do vest w/ Nebulizer Meds at night ~ 30 minutes. Somtimes I am bad and skip a treatment. I'm usually pretty good and only skip once or twice a month. I do a workout dvd (strength/cardio/abs) a few times a week.

2) I get 6-7 hours of sleep. I'm a night owl and hate to go to bed.

1) I do colistin, albuterol, and hypertonic saline. When I'm on all three, my nebs take about 45 min twice a day. When I'm on and "off month" for colistin, it takes about a half hour twice a day. I don't do any chest PT unless I am sick, and I exercise for about an hour five days a week.

2) About 7-8 hours. I try to always get what my body needs because I've noticed a strong correlation between sleep deprivation & getting sick.

1) Treatments take about 30 mins twice a day for the vest, pulmozyme, and tobra.

2) I am currently only sleeping as much as my 2-month-old allows. On a GOOD night, he's asleep at 10pm and then I get up at 4am for work with getting up in between for a feeding. Once he's on a schedule though, I will hopefully be in bed at 9pm. I try to take a nap in the afternoon after work if I'm tired.
