Oh, I wanted to add that one thing I do to save time is drag my nebulizer into the kitchen so I can clean it while I do my meds or bring it into the bathroom and do my hair and makeup while doing my meds. Saves some time, which is something I'm always looking for more of <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I don't work full time anymore, but not because of my CF, ( because of my son) but when I did, I always did my nebs while driving to and from work. you get some strange looks, but the xopenex and antibiotics don't make me cough so I figured it didn't really affect my driving. I wouldn't have taken the hypertonic saline then, that would have made me cough too much and been a distraction

how did you do your nebs in the car?? That would be so awesome. I once asked my doctor if there was something I could plug into the cigarette lighter slot-thingy, and he said it didn't provide enough power to make the fine mist needed to get really deep into our lungs.

I do hypertonic saline once a day (30 min) and use my vest (30 to 60 min). I have a traveling pari nebulizer that came w/ a plug to go into our cigarette lighter in the car so I do my nebs as I commute to work. You can also buy an inverter from any Walmart type store and you should be able to convert from the cigarette lighter into a normal plug and use a regularly nebulizer. I try to exerice 3x a week, but have not been very religious about it lately.

I work from home two days a week so I can easily do my vest and neb while I am working.

I sleep anywhere between 6 hrs/night to 9 hrs - depending on the week day (working onsite vs working from home).
