I am glad I am not the only one smoking nebs in the car
I am using the pari sprint right now, which is what I use at home too. I used to have the aeroneb which was even more portable since it was silent, and I could use it in my cube at work and noone would know. I don't use pulmozyme, but I have never had an issue with even the thickest stuff I use ( like fortaz).

on another note, my son ( who is 21 months old) has started trying to "help" me with my nebs. If I leave the nebulizer out where he can get it to me, he will bring the whole thing over, demand that I put it in my mouth and then turn it on. He has never tried to get anyone else to use it he somehow knows it is just for me.

1) From alarm to out the door in the AM is 1.5 hours. Before my CF DX that was about 40 minutes. I do Xopenex after shower, multitask while blow drying hair, doing makeup etc. Then I dress. Head downstairs. Do HTS nebs and check e-mail & take care of work stuff on the laptop. I'll do Pulmozyme nebs and then head to work. I do my acapella and huffing in the car usually. Sometimes I do nebs in the car enroute if I've got to get in earlier.

2) Before CF & MAC, I'd get 4 or 5 hours of sleep 4 nights a week and 6 or 7 the rest. I'd pull an all-nighter about once or twice a month (right before major work deadlines). I had plenty of energy and my brain functioned just fine (I'm an engineer and need to be really on top of things). That schedule was fine until I hit 40. Then my lungs started having issues with that schedule. Somewhere along the way amidst a string of lung crud flare-ups which my usual ABX didn't treat, I got a nasty MAC infection and things tanked quickly. That lead to my subsequent CF DX. Now for sleep, I shoot for an absolute minimum of 6.5 hours, but only let myself do that once a week, I try for 7 or 8 the rest of the week. NO MORE all-nighters. No matter who the customer is or what the repercussions are if the project is done late.

Sleep is over rated I guess (ok, not really, I do like it). I often get about 3 1/2- 4 hours of sleep, but sometimes I just need to go back to sleep for a couple hours more. On a rare occasion, I will get about 7 hours of sleep (on some saturday nights. My treatment reg varies lately because I am so busy, but when I'm on schedule, I do all my treatments once a day, and carry my combi for the rest of the day. If I don't feel well, then I do my duoneb twice a day, all I have time for.
