Fast breathing

Well, it's been since Monday and Ellie is still breathing a bit fast. I've stayed in touch with the doctor everyday and we are going in for an appt. at 10:00. They told us to go ahead and pack a bag...it looks like we might be staying for yet another visit<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0"> All of her cultures are coming back normal, she hasn't showed any allergies. She doesn't look anemic, but we have had that issue in the past. Can breathing like this be caused by sinuses? Pray that we don't have to stay in the hospital (we've actually got to be home for 19 days without having to stay). Thanks for everything

Wee Craig had a bout of fast breathing last year ( nearly 3 years old), wasn't all the time, they did think that it could have been asthma related, or that he was copying his mother who has asthma. Upshot for us was that it stopped just as quickly as it started, but we still check his breathing rate. He still occaisionally does it but few and far between.
