FEV 1 ...Help

Im new here. Im 34 and live in Monterrey, Mexico. Diagnosed with CF at 2yo. Im 34 CFRD.

Regarding FEV1, mine has dropped to the low 50´s, usually had it in 65.

What has worked the best for you guys trying to increase your FEV1. antibiotics, exercise, etc,???

Jesus, I would say a good exercise program along with compliance is the key to maintaining/improving your fev1. Granted this will not always work despite your best efforts as this is just the nature of CF but if there is a way to improve them then these are 2 of the keys.

I agree with Kevin. Be very compliant with your meds/Vest. Up the number of times you use your vest if possible. And exercise. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
