FEV1, O2 Sat with and without exercise

Sonia's post got me thinking what's normal regarding FEV1 and O2 Sat's with and without exercise. I thought it might be fun and informative for everyone to share their data. I'll start.

Oh but first I want to say that whenever I've ever had my O2 sats checked with regards to exercise it was during exercise. The RT walks with me briskly around the clinic until my heartrate rises to 140 I believe. This is the heartrate I target when I workout. Like someone else said if it was measured after exercise it wouldn't give you the lowest reading which is the important number to follow. I ask for this to be checked every year at my annual "teabag" appointment.

FEV1 - 67%
O2 Sat resting - 98%
O2 Sat while exercise - never dropped below 96%
HR resting - 89
