I know of a young lady with c.f. who had a transplant last year. Things went sour at the end of last year and she has been in the hospital for a few months. My question is does anyone know of any organization that will help out family members with out of pocket expenses while they stay near the hospital that is out of state?

I'm not sure if they help everyone or just in the Atlanta area, but you could try the Reaching Out Foundation, it is run by a woman with CF here in Atlanta to help with out-of-pocket costs.
