Fire Evacuations

We evacuated yesterday from the Malibu fires. Now there are up to 13 different major fires throughout southern california, and 40,000 acres burned.

I know there are a lot of us from this site throughout SoCal (and now northern CA too) and might be dealing with other evacuations. How is everyone doing with the smoke? Air quality is awful around these areas.

I hope everyone has an air purifier. I'm going to find one today and get all set up. Is everyone okay?

I'm still evacuated and all roads are closed. The fires are about 5 miles from our house now. Hopefully tonight it won't be too terrible out there. I think I'll be out for a few days, especially b/c of all the smoke. Where I am now is not all that good either since there are fires in other surrounding areas. Air quality sucks, but I have my new air purifier. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

Sally, sorry to hear you're in lock down! At least you are away from the smoke though.

I hope others are doing okay.
