First day of Big Boy PreSchool

I know its hard. With CF there is just som mmuch more to think about -- but you are doing the best thing you can for him. Our job is to teach them to be independent, and its starts with the little steps like going off to preschool. He won't just learn at 18 how to do his treatments, wash his hands, take his enzymes, etc. He has to learn a little at a time and being away from you for a few hours a day is going to matter!!!! Hang in there, it will get easier on you both.

It was really hard to leave A at school the first time. I still feel very anxious everytime I drop her. She took swimming lessons last week and she did just fine. They need to learn to be independent, we can't keep them in a bubble. I read things get better as they get older. Hang in there. He will have so much fun at school.
