flu shot vs flu mist

I still plan to ask our ID doctor about this for future reference, but this is what I got off the CFF site

I still seem to recall reading somewhere that if you're in close contact with someone who has immune issues, etc. that you shouldn't get it...

I was told that my family members should get the shot, and not the mist also...I dunno! That's what we do anyways, since dd has sinus issues in the fall too, and dh would rather get a shot than something sprayed up his nose anyways, lol <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> .
