Hey Lynda!
I just wanted to say that is ridiculous. My husband just had to fill out his FMLA paperwork when I was admitted in May and the doctor did not bill me anything. I do know the nurse filled everything out because she showed me what she wrote and if I thought it was okay. She then just had my doctor sign it.
What stinks is I know we were told we would have to keep getting ours redone every couple of months so that would be awful to have to pay every time. Just one more thing to worry about . I would definitely bring it up next clinic visit . Ginger
