Forgetting Enzymes

KLeigh: it's OK to take your enzymes halfway through or at the end of a meal. My dietitian says it's better to space them out anyway, so having half in the middle and half at the end is actually better than having them all at the beginning. Even having them all at the end has to be better than not at all!

Lauren: I know what you mean! Same thing for me at a party at a friends wearing a white skirt. Had to go home <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">

AJ: I wish I could have gone home. I was at such a loss. Nothing can be more embarrassing than this issue.

My husband forgets sometimes, and he's 26. He has had trouble with generic enzymes and so stomach pain is no stranger in our home. When he forgets his pills, it's like the whole next day is off. He is in and out of the bathroom all day, and always takes a warm bath to soothe the pains. He gets terrible cramps. He doesn't seem tired so much, but I do see that "drained" look in his face. I'm pregnant now, so some days we have to fight over the bathtub when we are both feeling stomach ache-y and crampy.
