Hey Faust!
I have had my share of sinus surgeries throughout my life, mostly when I was a kid and teenager. I had my last one in May '07, first one in over 13 yrs and like Chris stated it so much better these days. I was in and out of the hopital in 6 hrs and virtually no pain afterwards. The best advancement in my opinion is that they no longer pack you nose full of gauze anymore (when they pulled that gauze out, not a good feeling). Like you I have been using Neilmed Sinus Rinse since the surgery and that stuff really works. Hopefully your in and out quick and your nose feels better.
