Hi everyone. My Family is travelling from Australia to America in September and we are taking our 2 kids (Hannah 14 & Ben 10 CF). WE are only in LA for 7 days and then Back home to Melbourne Australia. We will be going to Disneyland, Universal Studios and Seaworld, Ben really wants to go to a baseball game and I thought I'd ask you guys if tickets are easy to get. We will be staying in Anaheim. Also any other ideas anyone might have for our visit. REgards to everyone...Chris

Hey I've lived in LA for 25 years.

Angels tickets shouldn't be hard to get.. Dodgers are a possibility also but that will be over an hour from Anaheim.

Sea World will be nice - San Diego has much better air quality and cooler temperatures that will be significantly easier on your CFer.

I think you all will be used to the heat in September, probably (expect 90sF), but the smog might be suprising (worst air quality in the USA). It's not going to harm Ben by any means, but just be on the look out for wheezing, etc. Those who visit might not be used to the air quality.

But it's a fun town and your kids will really have a blast at all the places u mentioned. <img src="">

HI,

I agree about the smog being a potential problem, however, my friend took her two girls with CF there last year and had a great time with no problems with the smog.

I would also say that tickets to an Angel game shouldn't be a problem. I would also recommend Knott's Berry Farm, it to is a fun amusement park.

If you go to San Diego, you might also consdier the Zoo there, I hear it is one of the best in the country.

Have fun and keep the kids well hydrated on the trip.
