Its possible of course, but its also possible it could be a minor problem. Something as simple as just having too much mucus around your ovaries or tubes, or a hormonal problem. Or though this would be surprising, it could be that even though you've never used protection you've never timed sex right and thats how you've avoided pregnancy.
If you are in fact infertile and you would need fertility treatment of some kind to pregnant just remember that tons of women need a little help in that way, and regardless of whether they have Cf or not.
I think the bigger and first step is to decide if you are ready to have a child, then talk to your doctors to see if your body/lungs are healthy enough. There's more to consider than just having a high pft (which is awesome btw, that does give you a major leg up). Pregnancy and Cf is a 'big world' with lots to think about.
(But lots of women are doing it succesfully.)
Unless you are actively trying to conceive and charting it will be hard to be seen by a fertility specialist.
If anything, I'd go over your concerns with your obgyn and go from there.
If you aren't ready at this exact moment to have a baby but thinking about the future and the what ifs, then you should know that for the majority of women pregnancy can be achieved even with problems.
