Hi Scars and welcome. I wanted to add another view on this for your consideration. My son is PS, and is not on enzymes. As long as he's feeling well, and his appetite is good, he maintains his weight pretty well. However, if he has an exacerbation or just goes through a period where he can't/won't eat, he will loose weight quickly. Then he has extreme difficulty gaining back the weight.

He has tried every weight gainer/protein shake out there. He simply doesn't like them. The thing that finally worked for him, was lifting weights and exercising. He was able to build muscle this way, and he has been much healthier for it. I hope you find what works for you.

I really wish I had your problem, I need to loose weight. What I do is eat all day every second of the day. I just really love food, I would say try eating every hour, and not something small but like a med size portion. Also eat things that are high in healthy fat, olive oil, avocados, nuts.
