Gas cause constipation? Or Constipation cause gas?

I was wondering, can having excess Gas cause constipation? Or does Constipation cause excess gas? Im asking because I never seem to have gas, but when I get unblocked from constipatoin I have alot of gas. What could I take to reduce gas? Would excess gas cause constipation, and bloating or Nausea? I seem to feel full so easily, which could be due to the fact that Im always constipated and my stomache swells and I feel uncomfortable...

IF I take too many enzymes I get gas that which leads to constipation. Perhaps taking too little enzymes too can result in gas. It is a fine balance how many enzymes to take. I had taken way too many enzymes which can result in toxicity or diarhea. I had a doctor tell me this but I did not believe him until it happened to me. I also believe that after six months or so our bodies get sensitive to taking the same enzymes and switching brands is what I do. It works for me. I would talk to your doctors.

this is not the answer to the question but I use to have the same problem about getting full so quick (bloating) and was perscribed zantac 150 2x 's a day it could help if you are not taking it already.
