Just to let you know, the T854T and Q1463Q are changes in the gene that do not change the amino acid, that is why the first and last letter are the same. when these type of mutations occur in the middle of the gene, they are normal variants and do not cause disease. In fact, these two variants are very common and we see them all the time. So yes your daughter is just a carrier of the R1162L.
