Generic Tobi

Has anyone been able to get generic Tobi. Apparently the FDA gave Teva approval to manufacture back in October. My pharmacist mentioned he's going to try ordering it for us

My daughter is trying it for the first time this month. (She has been 28 days on/ 28 days off Tobi.) Two weeks in, she hasn't noticed any difference between the generic and the brand.

I'm just looking forward to dealing with our local pharmacist again rather than the mail order place out of state that Novartis has us dealing with and has given us nothing but stress. How's it compare pricewise?

Sorry, I'm really not sure about the price difference. Our insurance requires that we get this from a specialty pharmacy and I am paying the same copay as I did with Tobi. I don't know how much the entire prescription was...

So my local pharmacist attempted to fill DS' generic Tobi this morning and was unable to do so because the prescription had already been filled by a mail order pharmacy out of Florida, which Novartis had us deal with when they started only selling to major pharmacies and mail order companies to "save money and cut out the middle man". I haven't refilled DS' tobi since December. In December I got a statement of benefits and it showed the mail order pharmacy fraudulently billed BCBS twice in October for Tobi we never ordered or received to the tune of $14,000. Now it appears they've done it again and I am unable to refill DS' Tobi prescription until March 6th. Fortunately I've got spare Tobi and he's not due to start again until March 12th. This is sooooo frustrating.
