Gentimician Nasal Wash

I have a sinus infection (horrible staph infection).  They want me to start a gentimican wash in my sinuses.  Any one use it.... any feedback (works great, side effects).

I have done gentamycin rinses and did not notice any direct side effects. I also was doing IV vanc, so I cannot distinguish which one worked, but I did get better and rid of the staph ( I also had 3 surgeries).

I've done the wash, no side effects and it did help clear up the infections. Hope you feel better soon!
