I got it from my local grocery store - Giant Eagle. I would just check your local store next to the vitamin waters. If not there, then maybe CVS or Walgreens or something.

That's good to hear you're eating and drinking better, I'll try out those flavors you mentioned. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> I feel a lot better consuming less sugar.

I got the life water the other day and I love it!!!
Thanks for letting me know about it.

I also tried Odwalla antioxidance and strawberry c monster and love them both, but they can be a little pricey to drink all the time.

O organics has a blood orange italian soda that I got from Vons Grocery Store that is very good (high in suger,43g, so not good for diabetics).

Also from Vons I bought Honest Tea organic pomegranate white tea, its good, a little watery tasting but refreshing.

So what else have you all tried. Lets keep this up!!!

Right now I am eating a bowl of chopped apples and bannana as a snack. Wow who would of ever thought I would eat and drink like this!!!?
And I am still gaining weight, (up 8lbs) so at least I am getting a good amount of calories still.
I limit myself to no more than one caffeinated drink a day. SOme days I dont even have one!!!

It was tough to start out though. I dealt with caffeine withdraw headaches!!! Ugh!!!
But I feel great!! (except for needing a tune up)
But my energy level is steady without the ups and downs that caffeine gave me.

I have been checking my sugars (non diabetic but monitoring anyways) and they have been great! 70-125. I tend to run low alot so thats great numbers for me!!!

Those of you that are interested come join the healthy eating and drinking club!!!!!

Hope to get more ideas!!

edited to add:
Oh my gosh am drinking the Formula 50 vitamin water. Its grape flavor and very good!!!!

Ok I have a new fav.
So far out of all the vitamin waters I have tried, Charge lemon lime is my fav. Its refreshing and has electrolites added. Its just like the gatorades but without the salty taste!

My second favs are the odwalla juices. But they are a little pricey so I wont be buying them to drink all the time.
