good news for mrsa

After talking to some parents on here and doing a little research I decided to start giving my son Allicin for his MRSA. He took it for six weeks and then ended up getting admitted. This is actually good for him because he had been two weeks in two weeks out for about a year. His cultures came back today negative for MRSA for the first time in almost three years. There is always the possibility that there is MRSA still in the bottom of his lungs where they cannot culture. Maybe it is a coincidence, maybe not. I can tell you all that he will continue with the Allicin when he comes home!!!!!!!

I am always a little skeptical about treatments outside the realm of antibiotics, but I decided to research Allicin myself after reading your post. It sounds like there have been drug studies and even a form of inhaled Allicin. So, is your son taking the inhaled form ( http://campaignfortruth.com/Ec...07/CTM-%20allicin2.htm ) or the pill? I will definitely be talking with my doctor about this. I am willing to start the pill form before doctor approval since it's just crushed garlic, but the nebulizer form I, of course, will ask about. Thanks for sharing! I would love to get rid of this superbug!

He takes the pill form. I am always too nervous to start neb's that I "prescribe" myself. My son's Dr's have never heard of it. That is because it is not considered a drug. I have researched it and then another cf mommy told me her sucess story and that is when I tried it.
