I will say it again, I got pg the same cycle as my HSG test so GET TO WORK!
Stress can effect sperm but in reality, many, many men have high stress and father children so I would not really worry about the stress.

That is very good news.

PCOS is a big deal but can be dealt with and yes you can still do any of the options you mentioned it just adds a twist to things, from what I have read and conversed with others about, but I am no expert on it.
