Cheyenne is now 4 months old and she went for her normal "every 3 month check up" yesterday and the doctors are amazed. They said she is 15 lbs and that they cannot believe how well she is doing. I have a question for anyone out there that may know how to answer......Every now and then Cheyenne will just start screaming at the top of her lungs and she will do this for a couple of hours straight. Anything that we try does not fix whatever is wrong with her. I have discovered that if I carry her with her butt against my hip and my arm across her belly that she will often times throw up (not just spit up) mucus and she will be ok for a few minutes but then she will start screaming again. Could the mucus in her belly be the cause and is there anything that we can do for that? Thanks for any help <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

She may very well have gas pains. Sometimes they can be very bad. Is she on enzymes? Is she on a reflux medication? It could be that too. I know it's scary when they are too little to tell you where it hurts. Since she is throwing up, these are just a couple of things that come to my mind. Of course the throwing up could also just be because she has cried so hard and gulped air for a couple of hours. I would definitely mention it to her doctor.
