I didn't know about it, I live in NJ, What can I do to sign up for it or to go? Do you know where I can get information on it?

I would but I'm graduating college on May 20th so chances are I will not make it home in time for that on the 21st. I plan on partying the entire night on the 20th to mourn my life being over. I don't want to graduate if you didn't pick up on that.
