Green Smoothies

Thanks to a couple of you I am now on the green smoothie kick! So far, the only ones I have made have strawberries, spinach, and one banana in them. I know there are a ton of recipes online but are there any specific ones people like? I would love to know, so I can vary it up!
And a huge thank you to those of you that have posted blogs on the more "natural" medicines for CF. It has helped me a ton!

My fav:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (brings it to a whole new level)
1/2 banana
a bunch of spinach
1 scoop protein powder
cinnamon

after you've had a lot of these you'll be able to scale down on the fruit and up the veggies, so mine are verry veggie-friendly at this point. Also, it's nice to add ground flaxseed, frozen berries, yogurt, cottage cheese, maybe some PB if you're into that...

I like to do frozen mixed berries, vanilla soymilk, and whatever greens I happen to have on hand. I usually do spinach, kale, chard, or parsley, but spinach is my favorite.

To benefit most from berries and vegetables - use fresh ones - not frozen... flavonoids die below 0 celsius and above 40 celsius.
Try using also red cabage - very healthy - however we don't do smoothies - just salads <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

try a bit red cabbage, black berries or american berries, half lemon, orange, banana and parsley or fresh mint - maybe add a bit honey and cocnut milk...
it's not green then and my kid lowes it..
