Greg had his TX!

I can't believe I'm writing this -- Greg had his transplant late Sunday/Early Monday. He is doing fantastic. Surgery was 7 hours long. He came off the vent 7 hours later. He sat up same day and had clear liquids for supper. He has a bronch this morning to check things out. Only things left are chest tubes, then he can go the transplant floor. We are in awe - we thank God for his unmerited favor. I have been trying hard to post this, but couldn't get to a terminal until 7 AM today. If someone is also on CF for Christians (I've tried to join that unsuccessfully) would you ask them to add him to their prayer list? I'm sorry I can't include more details. I will try to update his website later, so it is not updated about the tx at all yet.

Please keep him in your prayers! - Special love & prayers to James, Allan and their loved ones.

Jan (Wife of Greg, 45 cf'er w/cepacia, and tx'd 10/31/05.
