GSH and my experience

So I started inhaling GSH about 5 weeks ago, I'm using Thera Naturals GSU plus. I wanted see if there was anything to the hype. I started off with 200 mg twice a day and worked my way up to 400 mg twice a day ove about 4 weeks. Rather than using oral GSH I have been using oral NAC instead 1000 mg twice a day. Yesterday was my first doctors appointment since starting it, my fev1 was up 5% FVC was 5%, but the biggy was my 25-75 up 15% to 30%, I haven't been over 20% in 2 years.

So I jumping on the wagon.

Thanks for posting this Chris.

My son is still doing really well, although he isnt on inhale, just oral GSH. It has made a huge difference to him, with wieght gain of over seven kilos in the last four months, and no infections since the end of January. This is a record for us (three months antibiotic free) for the last twp years.

I really encourage any out there who are interested with young children (edited to read: or even if you dont have young children) to look into GSH.

We are using the oral and the inahled GSH. My son is doing very well. He hasn't been on it long enough to tell how much it is actually helping him but when I am able to I will post his progress. I am very excited about it!

Hi

Just to add, any parents interested in GSH/ NAC who dont regularly check the adults board...there is a wealth of knowledge and current thread on there regarding GSH and NAC which you may be unaware of.
