Second question, does anyone take anything for diabetes that is natural? I know cinnamon, but when I search it there are SO many supplements. I would love any words of wisdom <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I have seen articles that suggest inflammation is related to diabetes. So you might find that working on your ph balance will help. I have heard anecdotal reports that nebulizing a lot with hypertonic saline can reduce the need for insulin and enzymes. No diabetes here, but I and my son have gotten off enzymes, in part becuase of taking sea salt and coconut oil. I do a lot of other stuff too, so hard to pin down any one thing. However my blood sugar is more stable in the last year or so than it has ever been. Someone else has also reported to me needing fewer enzymes since starting on sea salt. I mention the enzymes because it seems to me that there is a relationship between needing enzymes and having blood sugar issues. When I was finally diagnosed and put on enzymes in my mid to late thirties, my blood sugar problems got better (severe hypoglycemia). Now I am off enzymes because I don't need them anymore and I don't have the severe blood sugar problems I once had.

Bitter melon was mentioned on a CF list I belong to as something people were wondering about:

That's all that occurs to me.

Good luck with this.

Hi The GSH is purchased in capsule form and is dissolved and inhaled mixed with saline or purified water (about 3ml I think).

Make sure you have the correct GSH for nebulising. If you purchased it from Theranaturals it is the one which has bi carb soda in it.

Dont use any GSH for nebulising which isnt specifically manufactured for nebulising (the only one I know of is the Theranaturals one, there may be other brands, but I am unaware of them).

Here's a link for a forum which is specifically set up for information regarding GSH:

If you require more info let me know.
