Interesting.  I had never heard that horseback riding was good airway clearance.  My daughter rides and we have a couple of horses and board others.  My daughter wants to teach me to ride.  Maybe I should consider it.</end quote></div> Yes it is, but I would suggest sticking to riding outside or in a very well ventilated indoor ring if you must ride indoors. Indoors can be very dusty and moldy. Aside from the physical benefits its so good mentally too.<br>

Congratulations to you!!!! I labored for 6 hours on all fours - it felt the best for me, and William preferred it as well (heart rate issues during contractions improved when I was on all fours). Unfortunately, my dr's didn't feel comfortable delivering that way so I had to go on my back - though I would have preferred to stay that way.

Congrat's again - bask in the wonder of your miracle.

Congrats on the new addition to your family!!! I'm so sorry to hear you were so sick.


I had a very healthy pregnancy and 2 weeks before Joey's due date he was born-I had double pneumonia <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">
