Haemophilus Parainfluenzae? Anyone else culture this?

Just wondering if others also culture this? Hayley's culture just came back and this is all she cultured (Thank GOD!) THe nurse said it is very common in CFers and nothing to worry about. Said they don't even treat it, so I am just curious how common it really is and if anyone else's doctor has treated this bacteria. Any information would be appreciated! Thanks!

Hi,
My daughter (age 8) cultured this in her last swab but i was told exactly the same as you - it is very common and no need for treatment ( i think it is like a common cold bug) and she has absolutely no symptoms so i am happy enough to leave it at that.
