Thanks for your advice.

I actually took pics of my hair today, I pulled the top half of my hair up and in front of and above my ears my hair is very thin, behind my ears is nearly bald. I could cry.

I go to the dermo on the 21st, it can't get here fast enough!

I had this problem while I was in the hospital a year ago. My hair was extremely thin and not growing. Once I was out of the hospital and off most of the drugs 2 months later, it started to come in fuller and thicker. But I tried this shampoo and vitamins, that helped it come in quicker and is thicker than it originally was. They are expensive but I purchased the Ookisa Vitamins and Shampoo/Condition. It helped, but it may have been that I was eaten better too. Go to this site for a free trail, but be careful! they will charge your card if you do not cancel within a few weeks. http://www.ookisa.com/index.html

I am actually going throught the same thing atm, waiting to see a Dermatologist though my consultant explain why I am having hair loss, your hair grows new hair so u will lose some as you need to get rid of the old hair, its a cycle, however when you are ill and stressed your new hair will not grow, resulting in losing all your old hair. I'm sure it will solve itself, I know it is quite scary and worrying but that will result in more hair loss. Hope it goes well wiv Derm and it rights itself out soon.

I find that about 3 months after an infection (and IV's) my hair falls out but quite evenly. Then after about 3 months it stops and regrows again. I really panicked the first time it happened!!
