I never had a med holiday and i think it's helped me to keep my health all these years.

My mom likens my med habits to putting on a seatbelt in a car. Would you ever take a holiday from wearing a seatbelt in a car?

Just not an option in my mind if you are of the mindset of being on the offense instead of on the defense with CF <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

We don't skip treatments. The only time we missed one was when we got stuck in customs on the way back from Mexico and weren't able to do the 2nd (out of 3) vest treatments. I'll admit I did let Max take a break from bathing -- he's been wearing the same ninja turtles undershirt since Friday morning. He announced at Easter he likes being stinky boy. He always gets stamps at gymnastics on the weekends and HATES having them wash off, so I give him a little leeway. That and weekend toothbrushing -- but I did find him brushing his own teeth for once this morning. Not bad for a 4 year old. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
