I've dealt with Pharmaceutical Specialties just recently when my son was prescribed colistin for the 1st time. I gave them a call because I was interested in eFlow but had not talked to the Dr. about it yet. They were very helpful and told me they asked the Dr. if she wanted them to send the eflow with the rx, etc. I was able to talk to them about the pros/cons of eflow, insurance coverage, and also learned why the Dr. did not ask for it this time...quite helpful.
By the way, they told me that my insurer has so far refused to pay for the eflow but that rather than advise me to buy it, they'd just send it more or less as a loaner so long as colistin was prescribed/filled by them.
