Has anyone conceived naturally with male partner with CF? And is it REALLY this difficult?

My husband has cf and we are expecting our first baby in october. We always knew that we would have to go down the IVf route because nearly all Cf males are unable to ejaculate sperm naturally. However most of them do have good sperm . My husband had a semen analysis which showed no sign of semen. The only way to know for sureif he has any sperm is to have the sperm extracted(via TESA)This is what my husband had and as it turned out he had plenty of healthy sperm. We then proceeded with the IVF + ICSI treatement and conceived first go.
If I were you , I would not wait another two years if you are serious about starting a family.
