Has anyone done the ISIS trial?

I got an emai from oour CF Center social worker with a link to a clinical trial in infants where they inhale hypertonic saline twice a day for about a year. Has anyone done this? My daughters lungs aren't affected right now but we want to do anything and everything we can to prevent lung disease. Any info would be appreciated.

We are enrolled. So far so good. We are about a month in. The treatments are about 15 minutes though.....

She does breathing treatments twice per day with albuterol, saline, pulmozyme (1X) and pulmicort. plus cupping which is impossible with her....she's much too active to sit and let me cup her....ugh! anyways - she was hospitalized when she was 6 months old. she has a bad lower resp infection. so yes her lungs are involved, but i think she is doing really well. her lung function was up last month to 89% from 65% when she had her tune up!
