Has anyone done the ISIS trial?

Yes -- we are enrolling our 3 year old. She also has no respiratory signs, but this is a very safe trial. You either get the HS or regular saline, both of which are very safe. We have yet to do any resp treatments aside from CPT (and we have a vest on the way). I want to do everything I possibly can to keep her lungs healthy while we wait for a couple of these promising new drugs to gain FDA approval. In my opinion, this is a very safe study.
