have you noticed positive changes using the respirtech vest

I have the Model 103 vest. I had tried the Respirtech Vest briefly, but didn't like it because it made me sore.

Now, I'm wondering if that was a good thing. I'm interested in trying it again, but would like to hear some feedback from people.

Has anyone noticed positive changes in their health, or increases in FEV1 since using the Respirtech Vest?

Hi Becki, I have the old American Respiratory (Hill/Rom) Vest model 103 too. I hate that machine. For the past month I have been testing out the Electromed Smart Vest and I like it a LOT more. You may be able to wrangle a free 30 day trial from them which I highly suggest before purchasing anything.
What I like best about the Smart Vest is that it doesn't squeeze as hard as the 103, so you can actually take a breath in. I have a heck of a time taking any sized breath in with my old vest.
